Nest of Anti-Semites Exposed in Anglican Diocese of Sydney

In his blog (two blogs prior to this) John exposed a vile nest of anti-semites plying their hate and, at least until now, allowed to do so or even sponsored by the Anglican Diocese of Sydney via its website forum page.

That they are anti-semitic is well demonstrated by John and now confirmed by the Diocese because a search of the forum at www.your.sydneyanglicans.net/ indicates the thread has been unceremoniously pulled from the forum page. Even the 'Dead Horses' component of the forum page denies existence of the thread and its poisonous comments.

What is now required is disciplining of the anti-semites or it will be clear to the world that this Diocese condones anti-semitism within its number.

Yes Neil, it isn't as though the Church hasn't previously condoned a hatred of Jews. So why would it come as an unsurprising event that the Sydney Anglicans have demonstrated such vile accusations against our Jewish friends.

It is indeed interesting that the anti-Israel thread was removed. I imagine the powers-that-be rightly saw it as something they didn't want the wider world seeing.

John's blog was, as usual, very informative. Thanks John.

I have to admit I do not have a fraction of his knowledge on this issue and am indebted to him.

Though the AngloAnti-Semitic comments were mild (in comparison to Islamic loonies)they were anti-semitic. Anti-semitism is something I am strongly opposed to as it is the Jewish nation, and their God to whom we Christians are totally indebted. I became a Christian some decades ago and attended a lively Anglican church where we were exposed to the Jewishness of our Christian faith and I, being grafted in to the line of Adam, to Abraham to Jesus, developed a close affinity with His chosen people. Over the decades I have argued passionately against the anti-Semitism of various lefty-loony groups and other ratbag God-haters and felt God was blessing me through my love of and defence of His chosen people.

I remember in 1966 my wife and I (in our pre-Christian days) hosted a 'Naught Nasser Night' to celebrate Israel's stunning victory against Middle-Eastern God- hating bullies. Even as a non-Christian I was pleased and excited that tiny Israel soundly defeated much more powerful and populus nations. Go the Jews!

It always surprizes me that people ignore the fact that tiny Israel continues to fight for its very survival against murderous terrorists, sponsored by governments committed to the total destruction of the state of Israel. Then these muppets on the AngloThread add their foolish racist/religionist comments in line with radical Muslim terrorists and various God-hating groups. Islamic God-haters must appreciate their support!

Don't they understand this conflict is not about land as the ME Islamic nations have it aplenty. Israel's land area is 20,330 sq.km.(just less than 1/3 the size of tiny Tasmania) while Iran's for one example is 1,636,000 sq.km.,-80 times the size of Israel. If Israel's ME opponents were truly concerned about the plight of the Palestinians they could easily resettle them in their own lands or accept the right of Israel to exist. If Israel was left in peace then peace would reign. But this cannot happen as the Islamists are continually stirring up violence and dissent, using the Palestinians as political pawns,as bargaining tools to gain sympathy in the west. The aim being to turn western nations against Israel so they would then be free to begin the slaughter.

I feel sympathy for many Palestinians but realize their plight has not been created or maintained by Israel but by those Islamic nations which seek to destroy the state of Israel.

Some say the Jews don't have a right to a homeland but unless I am mistaken the Camp David accord, between Sadat(Muslim)Begin( Israeli) and US president Carter, agreed the Jews were entitled to inhabit their ancestral lands. I remember them reading from Scripture as to the boundaries of this land.

What an interesting exchange between John and Geoffc! It is obvious Geoff cannot or more likely will not see the truth of what John wrote. There are none so blind as those who will not see.

Goebbels Cheng, who sides with staunch allies of the Nazis, is wilfully ignorant of the fanatical desires of many Arab nations to wipe out thye Jewish state. They couldn't give a monkey's about the terrible conditions of the "Palestinian"
"refugees", because they need them as pawns. Note that there has never been any Palestinian Arab state; it was part of the Ottoman Empire. The only genuine state in that region has only been the Jewish one. This is where the Jews came from; where the Jewish Holy Book was written, where Jewish kings reigned, where Jewish prophets preached. The Arabs were given a state in Palestine anyway: it's called Jordan.

Found this letter today:

'This letter appeared in today's New Statesman:

"By manipulating statistics to show that the Arabs were always a majority in Palestine (Letters, 13 November), Roderick Walters fails to point out that the 1914 figures would have included Jordan. He omits to mention that Jerusalem had a Jewish majority, and that while the Arab population in Palestine increased eight-fold, mostly through illegal immigration in the Twenties and Thirties, growth of the Jewish population was artificially curtailed by the British.

"Still, today, some 66 per cent of Israel is desert. Arab absentee landowners were only too happy to sell to the Jews at inflated prices. If Israel "stole the land", what of the lands stolen from Jews expelled from elsewhere in the Middle East - an area the size of Hungary? What about their stolen assets: schools, hospitals, synagogues, businesses and homes? By rights, the Arabs would have to restore 40 per cent of Baghdad to the Jews, as well as most other Middle Eastern cities which were once heavily populated by them."

An interesting Intro to a good site about this subject

http://jewishrefugees.blogspot.com/2006/11/stolen-jewish-land-and-property.html

Introduction

In just 50 years, almost a million Jews, whose communities stretch back up to 3,000 years, have been 'ethnically cleansed' from Arab countries. These refugees outnumber the Palestinian refugees two to one, but their narrative has all but been ignored. Unlike Palestinian refugees, they fled not war, but systematic persecution. Seen in this light, Israel, which absorbed most of these Jewish refugees, is the legitimate expression of the self-determination of an oppressed indigenous, Middle Eastern people.
This website is dedicated to preserving the memory of the near-extinct Jewish communities, which can never return to what they once were. It will attempt to pass on the stories of the Jewish refugees and their current struggle for recognition and restitution. Awareness of the injustice done to these Jews can only advance the cause of peace and reconciliation.
(Iran: once an ally of Israel, Iran is now an implacable enemy and numbers of Iranian Jews have fallen drastically from 80,000 to 20,000 since the 1979 Islamic revolution. Their plight - and that of all other communities threatened by Islamism - does therefore fall within the scope of this blog.)

And these anti-Semite Sydney Anglicans believe that they should have a "balanced" view on the subject.

PLO official: We'll drive Israel out of Palestine
Written by Jerusalem Post
Monday, 14 April 2008
From the Jerusalem Post :

"The PLO is the sole legitimate representative [of the Palestinian people], and it has not changed its platform even one iota."

That's what the PLO's ambassador to Lebanon, Abbas Zaki, told Lebanon's NBN TV in an interview that aired last Wednesday and was translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).

"In light of the weakness of the Arab nation and the lack of values, and in light of the American control over the world, the PLO proceeds through phases, without changing its strategy. Let me tell you, when the ideology of Israel collapses, and we take, at least, Jerusalem, the Israeli ideology will collapse in its entirety, and we will begin to progress with our own ideology, Allah willing, and drive them out of all of Palestine," added Zaki.

The clip can be viewed at http://www.memritv.org/clip/en/1738.htm .

And in a sermon televised on Friday, Yunis al-Astal, a Hamas MP and cleric, told worshipers that Islam would soon conquer Rome, "the capital of the Catholics, or the Crusader capital, which has declared its hostility to Islam, and which has planted the brothers of apes and pigs in Palestine in order to prevent the reawakening of Islam," just as Constantinople was.

Rome, he said, would become "an advanced post for the Islamic conquests which will spread through Europe in its entirety, and then will turn to the two Americas, and even Eastern Europe."

In his address aired on Hamas's Al-Aksa TV and also translated by MEMRI, Astal told his audience: "Allah has chosen you for himself and for his religion, so that you will serve as the engine pulling this nation to the phase of succession, security, and consolidation of power, and even to conquests through da'wa [preaching] and military conquests of the capitals of the entire world."

"I believe that our children or our grandchildren will inherit our jihad and our sacrifices, and Allah willing, the commanders of the conquest will come from among them. Today, we instill these good tidings in their souls, and by means of the mosques and the Koran books, and the history of our prophet, his companions, and the great leaders, we prepare them for the mission of saving humanity from the hellfire on the brink of which they stand."

I note Gordon and his gang on [the now removed] thread about Camden Council's decision want to show a real Christian welcome to Muslims. They believe that Muslims fall under the mizvah of treating aliens in your midst with kindness etc. (BTW, isn't it interesting that they try really, really hard to make that commandment literal but not the 4th. Instead they try really, really hard to not make the 4th literal!) They object to the Camden residents objecting to having an overnight invasion of 1000 Muslims. And dear ol' Gordon is really hard on himself because he would really like to talk with the Muslims but just doesn't have the time nowadays. I suppose he also likes babaganoush.

I guess the best way he can show his Christian love is to allow all those Muslims to move into his house and surrounding area. Or what about renting out Moore College to them, after all, isn't it closing down?
