What is ISCAST, really?

We all know that ISCAST claims to stand for the Institute for the Study of Christianity in an Age of Science and Technology, but does it? I’m going on behaviour here, as I've attended a number of ISCAST functions over the years, and want to find what it really stands for.

Perhaps it is:

Institute for Sabotaging Christianity by Aquiesing to Scientistic Tergiversation

or it could be:

I Suddenly Cast Away Scriptural Teaching

or maybe:

In here we Secretly Contradict All the Spirit Tells;

or is it:

Insipiently Some Christans Aren’t Sure about Theology: ISCAST members, of course.

If we all work together on this, we might just crack the code.

The best entry goes in the draw for a night at Penrith Panthers (winner must provide own transport).

Infidel Sophists Casting Aside Scripture Totally

Institute for Scientistic Calumnies Against Scriptural Truth

See also CMI's article on ISCAST, The Skeptics and their ‘Churchian’ Allies, and the lame response by their leader with CMI's reply. This leading ISCASTian thinks he knows more than Jesus about world history because we now have the light of science.
